We provide professional catering for any business function or staff Christmas party. We’ve spent many years serving corporate clients and notable personalities with high expectations for food quality and professional service.

As well as saying thanks, a privately catered staff Christmas party is also a chance to remind staff that they are part of a team. Seeing the entire office enjoying good food and having a good time is the best way to build team spirit.

I will work closely with you to create a unique menu that compliments your event style, theme and budget—using only the highest quality ingredients and the freshest local produce.

Catered function costs are from $98 per person with a minimum spend of $1950.

Yes, we will cater options for people with allergies or specific dietary requirements.

 Typically there’s one staff member per 20 people (for food service only). Drinks staff are worked out at the same ratio.

We often arrive 2-3 hours before food service commences to unpack and set up.

I include all crockery/cutlery & serving platters.

And my fantastic staff always clean up, so you can sit back and enjoy.

We do not provide alcohol or drink packages, but we can offer experienced and friendly bar staff to provide drink service for a flat hourly rate and no corkage fee.

There is a 30% booking fee, with the balance due 14 days before the event.

We require final guest numbers and dietary requirements 14 days before an event.

A cancellation will incur a loss of your booking fee.

Double crumbed camembert in pappadums & sesame seeds with cranberry orange dipping sauce.

Lime & coconut tempura prawns with mango mint coulis.

Free range chicken tenderloins wrapped in prosciutto with baby bocconcini & Japanese mayo.

Scallop bruschetta on toasted sour dough with truss tomato, Goat’s cheese & fresh basil.

Potato skin bites pocketed with Chorizo and vintage cheddar served with sour cream & sweet chilli.

Cajun and lime marinated lamb fillet with candied pumpkin, rockette, toasted pine nuts, goat’s fetta & fresh pomegranate

Sashimi grade tuna tataki with palm sugar syrup & wasabi mayonnaise
