Chriso catered for our wedding at our home back in August 09. People still talk about how Awesome the food was (2 years on) and the service was excellent! Ive never seen my kitchen so clean. After giving Chriso a quick run down of the food we like, he came up with the perfect cocktail menu. We could not pick a favourite dish as they all where just so amazing, melt in your mouth! The best food we have ever had! Im thinking of planning a big party just so we can get Chriso back! We look forward to trying more of your amazing food in the near future! Chris catered a small private function for us at a holiday rental home in Trinity Beach, which included children. Rather than eat out, we decided to have a 5-star dining experience in our own holiday home. Chris had some great ideas for menu selection as we wanted both a fine dining experience, as well as food the kids would enjoy. He scored a perfect 10 on all counts. We had a lot of choices, all cooked and served to perfection. We were all amazed at the quality of the food. The conditions he had to work in were not ideal, (was it 56 steps?) but he soldiered on, in a very friendly, efficient and professional manner. Chris, thanks for an awesome evening, thanks for your ideas, and thanks for making it a wonderful dining experience for all of us. Oh, and thanks for the meal preparation for the next day too! The scones and spag bolognaise were awesome next day. We highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a great chef, with great service. Thanks again and best wishes for the future. Riley and I would like to say a big THANK YOU to you and your staff for the amazing food and service you provided at our wedding. Friends and family are still commenting on how great the food tasted, the deep fried camembert and the lamb cutlets were definitely a hit! I would like to name a personal favourite but that is impossible as I loved them all. Thank you also Chris for all your help and suggestions in the lead up to the day, you made planning a destination wedding very easy. I will be sure to recommend you to friends and family who needs a caterer in the Cairns area :) Chriso catered for my hen's night last friday, loved the menu ideas, the food was fresh, looked amazing and tasted even better. Everyone was super impressed ;) Chriso has catered several of our work and family functions, the food is exquisite, the deep fried Camembert and tempura prawns with mango salsa our absolute favorites. The friendliness of yourself and your staff and the way you went above and beyond to ensure that we were all well fed and happy, and the way you catered for our vegetarians is something you should be very proud of. As most weddings, we did have a few fussy eaters but ALL of these couldn't get enough of your food and repeatedly spoke about you even when we got back to Melbourne!
